The HR Generalist AI Productivity Maturity Framework is a proprietary capability assessment model designed to measure how effectively HR Generalists and broad-remit HR Practitioners apply Artificial Intelligence across the full span of the HR function from recruitment and policy writing through to performance management, employee relations, analytics, strategy and communication.
Unlike the specialist role frameworks in this series (which assess depth within a single HR discipline), this framework is deliberately built for breadth.
